Job Summary:



This role will execute U.S. payroll activities and various ad-hoc activities needed to pay SABIC employees timely and accurately.� This role will help SABIC maintain integrity and compliance for all U.S. payroll issues.





How You Can Be the Impact:



  • Review and sign off time cards.

  • Execute payrolls and off-cycle payments.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and questions regarding payroll deductions as well as time and attendance.

  • Work closely with HR Operations team members to ensure master data integrity.

  • Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team on items related to payroll accounting reconciliations.

  • Support data requests to facilitate the analysis of cost.

  • Reconcile various payroll and benefits deductions and provide support to the Benefits team.

  • Review internal controls and recommend changes.

  • Support audit activities for the team.

  • Help develop and maintain process flow and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Manage other ad-hoc projects related to the Payroll function as needed.

What Matters to SABIC



  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or related field strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years? experience in a Payroll, Human Resource or Finance position

  • Considerable experience with ADP GlobalView preferred

  • Proficiency with eTIME or other time keeping systems preferred

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including V-lookup and Pivot tables

  • Excellent customer service skills

Work Availability



Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work Monday-Friday during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
